Overview: Process for borrower to reset their own Password and how to reset older user accounts

From main client page, bottom of username/password submit. see “Forgot my password”

If old “Okta” user account was not migrated to Cogntio, this link will populate user account to Cognito DB. This will allow for Self-service or SA PW reset
