My Pipeline & Dashboard Explanation

Overview: This is where LO’s can navigate and manage loans that are currently assigned to them. For loans that are not assigned, they can be accessed via Encompass and then they will populate under “my pipeline”

  • Navigate to BPOS Loan Officer Dashboard

    - My Pipeline
    - Leads
    - Partners
    - Quick Pricer
    - New Application
    - New Prequal
    - New Short App
    - My Profile
    - Encompass Web
    - Need Help

  • Navigate to “My Pipeline”
    - This shows active loans assigned to LO
    - Status of Loan
    - Option to Impersonate

    - Incomplete loans (tab)

  • Option to Impersonate  

    - Navigate to BPOS Loan Officer Dashboard

    - Navigate to “My Pipeline”

    - Select the “3 dots” at end of file and select “Impersonate”

    - To end impersonation, click “Stop Impersonating”
       *Impersonating LO cannot see “Esign docs” button

  • Once Impersonating borrower (LO will see)
    - Loan Details (Loan & Property, Personal Info, Employment, Asset Accounts, Real Estate, People)
    - Tasks (status) -   Pipeline --> Find file in question --> Impersonate --> TASKS - you can see if something is queued
    - Documents
    - Loan Calculator (Adjustments, Loan Comparison)
    - Add a Co-borrower (Send invitation, I’ll provide the information)
    - Encompass Web
