Navigate to BPOS Loan Officer Dashboard
Navigate to “My Pipeline”
Select the “3 dots” at end of file and select “Impersonate”
To end impersonation, click “Stop Impersonating”
*Impersonating LO cannot see “Esign docs” button*Admin cannot impersonate an LO
*LOA (user role) is locked to TASKS (mabey)
yes this can be accomplished via "impersonation". For the LO that has file assigned: Navigate to BPOS Loan Officer Dashboard -> "My Pipeline" -> "click the three dots" at the end of the file you wish to impersonate -> Select "Impersonate" Be sure to close impersonation by clicking the "X" at top of screen or “Stop Impersonating
