Versions 3.11 and 3.12 rebuilt the way you narrow down the pipeline. As of 3.12 the advanced filters open in a Filters drawer, so if you read the 3.11 notes and went looking for an inline panel, this is where it went.
Where it is
On the Pipeline, Filters sits in the table header next to Columns, and shows how many filters are currently set. Search and Status stay in the main row. Your choices take effect when you select Apply; Reset clears the drawer without applying anything.
What you can filter on
Date ranges for Created, Last activity and Closing Date, each with quick picks. Closing Date looks forward as well as back, so "closing in the next two weeks" is one selection. You can also filter on E-Consent and Outstanding tasks — all, yes or no — and on Purpose and whether the loan is active or closed.
Finding a loan officer's loans
The Loan Officer filter shipped to administrators first, but it is no longer admin-only. Loan officers, LOAs and processors have it as well, within whatever loans they are already allowed to see. It lists each officer with their email and branch, which separates two officers who share a name. You can still type an officer's name into the pipeline search instead.
Sorting
Every column sorts, including name (by the primary borrower's last name), loan officer, address, status, e-consent date and tasks, and your sort is remembered. Closing Date and Last Activity are available as columns; estimated closing dates are marked "(est.)". For choosing which columns appear, see article 44, customizing your pipeline columns.
Keeping and sharing a view
Search terms and filters are held in the page address, so a refresh keeps them and the link opens the same view for a colleague, who may need to sign in first. Your filters are restored on your next visit. Reset to default in the column picker clears search, filters and layout together. On a phone or tablet, Save as filter keeps a search term as a chip.
