Navigate to your Encompass instance
Once logged in
Navigate to “Pipeline” and search for file in question
Double click file to open
On the bottom left select the tab “Forms”
The select “The Big POS Dashboard” (might need to scroll to bottom, show All check box)
The select the “Diagnostics” tab
Uncheck the box for “POS FLAG” for Comsumer Connect Admin
For the Consumer Connect Site ID, replace with “000000”
Save file (top right) and exit file
Remove file/loan from BPOS
