- Navigate to your Encompass instance 
- Once logged in 
- Navigate to “Pipeline” and search for file in question 
- Double click file to open 
- On the bottom left select the tab “Forms” 
- The select “The Big POS Dashboard” (might need to scroll to bottom, show All check box) 
- The select the “Diagnostics” tab 
- Uncheck the box for “POS FLAG” for Comsumer Connect Admin 
- For the Consumer Connect Site ID, replace with “000000” 
- Save file (top right) and exit file
