Remove file/loan from BPOS

  • Navigate to your Encompass instance

  • Once logged in

  • Navigate to “Pipeline” and search for file in question

  • Double click file to open

  • On the bottom left select the tab “Forms”

  • The select “The Big POS Dashboard” (might need to scroll to bottom, show All check box)

  • The select the “Diagnostics” tab

  • Uncheck the box for “POS FLAG” for Comsumer Connect Admin

  • For the Consumer Connect Site ID, replace with “000000”

  • Save file (top right) and exit file
