processor accounts can mainly manage TASKS - thats about it
they are ONLY created via accessing the TASKS button from the BPOS Plugin inside encompass
those accounts cant be manually made -- and they CAN sign in directly - but files only get added to their pipelines AFTER they access TASKS from each file once
