Navigate to BPOS Loan Officer Dashboard
Navigate to “My Pipeline”
Select the “3 dots” at end of file and select “Impersonate”
Select “Documents”
Notes:
- There is a max of "10" document uploads at the same time. The max file size for each file is 20MB.There is no limit on how many can be uploaded, in total.
- borrowers can go to the Borrower Portal Document Vault via Borrower Dashboard -> Documents -> Borrower Portal Document Vault to upload at any time - but to be able to upload to a TASK at any time - you could make a new global task that is something like "misc" or "add additional docs" that the LO/LOA/Processor never marks COMPLETE
- Once an LO marks a TASK as completed, its Closed. This is intentional
