Borrower Portal Documents

Overview: Documents is where the “vault” lives, its like a Dropbox for LO and borrower to share documents. It’s also the borrowers view to efolder in Encompass. If an LO assigns task, for example W2, once the task is uploaded it will show up in documents in a new folder called “W2”, the document will live in there. Borrower Tasks
*Once a borrower uploads a document, the borrower cannot delete. Also, if the LO moved the document to a different folder in Encompass, the borrower will no longer see it.

• Navigate to BPOS Borrower Dashboard

• If multiple Loans, select the one you wish to work

• Select “Documents” on left side pane

• To Upload document, select “upload a document” from here “choose file” navigate to document, “Select open”

• Borrower can also download documents that live here.
