The original submission is kept, and support can send it to you. ## Ask for the raw submission Support can retrieve the application as it was submitted, for the primary borrower and the co-borrower, including applications started on a borrower's behalf. This still works after the data has been edited or deleted in your system of record, which is usually why the question comes up. ## What it will and will not show Only data that came through the POS is in there. Two things commonly mean a section comes back empty: the borrower skipped it, because not every section is required to submit, or the detail was typed straight into Encompass and never existed in the POS at all. ## Telling the two apart yourself Values that arrived through the POS are marked as such on the loan — the income section is the one people check most often. If there is no POS draft for that borrower, the data was entered directly. That distinction is usually enough to settle where a figure came from without waiting for support. ## What support will ask for The loan number, the email address of the borrower whose submission you need, and which section you are looking for.
