Partner sites, co-branded realtor pages and open house check-in links are set up for you rather than created in the portal. Knowing what to send saves a round trip, because an incomplete request is the usual reason one of these is not ready in time for a weekend.
How to request one
Submit the partner request form in full. The details that get asked for again when they are missing are the partner's name and email address, the loan officer they are paired with, and — for an open house — the property address. Allow a working day, and send the request before the listing goes live rather than the morning of the event.
What you get back
A partner site on its own address, with sign-in details for the partner, and for an open house a check-in link tied to one property address. One link covers the whole property; a building with several units does not need a unit number.
Flyers and QR codes
The open house flyer is a document template your own administrators can edit: sign in as an admin, go to Documents, and open your open house flyer template. QR codes are usually produced by your marketing team from the check-in link.
When a partner moves firms
The partner account is tied to the loan officer who sponsored it — only that loan officer has access to it, not the wider company. A partner who changes company needs their email address updated on the account, and a partner now working with a different lender needs a new account set up there; the existing one does not carry over and gives their former lender no access.
Note for administrators
The Kiosks pages were removed from the admin menu in version 3.12. Open house requests continue to come through the request form.
