The Needs Attention panel surfaces every outstanding action on a loan in one place, replacing the easy-to-miss red bell icon.
What it shows
- Disclosures waiting to be signed
- Tasks to complete
- Pending invites, on a single Pending Invites card
One card for unregistered borrowers
The separate Borrowers Not Using POS card no longer exists. It was folded into the single Pending Invites card, so a borrower who has not registered is listed once rather than appearing on two cards at the same time.
Each unregistered borrower gets one row with one action. That action is Resend invite where an invite is outstanding, or Invite to POS where the invite never went or has expired. If you are working out why a borrower has no account at all, see article 33, borrower has no POS account yet.
Who sees it
Both the borrower and the loan team see the same panel. That means loan officers and their teams can see what is blocking a file and nudge the borrower proactively, instead of waiting for a call.
It renders on every loan, not only the newest loan version, and applies to POSF and Consumer Connect loans.
Using it before contacting support
When a borrower says they are stuck, open their loan and look at this panel first. It names the specific outstanding action. Most "the borrower cannot proceed" questions resolve here without a ticket, because the blocking item is usually an unsigned disclosure or an unaccepted invite rather than a fault.
