# AI audit log and automated prompts

**Requires a BIG AI contract.** If BIG AI is not active on your account, this feature will not appear.

Account admins have an audit view of AI activity, so automated document review is something you can supervise rather than take on trust.

## Where to find it

**AI Audit Log**, in the admin portal. The **Automated Prompts** tab holds automation results.

## The AI Audit Log

Scoped to what is useful to an account admin: guardrail blocks, errors, and cancellations, without raw model detail.

Conversation transcripts show the assistant's formatted answer as the user saw it, rather than raw markup. Date filters accept a plain date.

## The Automated Prompts tab

- **One row per outcome** — when the automation ran, its result, and the task and loan number it concerned.
- **Filter by automation, stage, and period.** Filtering applies across your whole history, so the record counts describe what is actually on screen.
- Available to account admins, not only internal staff.

## What to use it for

If a document verification produced a verdict someone disagrees with, start here rather than with a ticket. The row names the task, the loan, and the result, which is usually enough to tell whether the prompt or the document was the problem.
